I walked in w/o claim ticket and gentleman insisted I go find it so he wouldn't have to search through all his tickets. I dug it out of my car console and he said ""amazing what you can find when you LOOK!"". Plus taps were nailed into expensive dance shoes cockeyed - now they are ruined. I have 4 other pairs of shoes to fix but I will NEVER return here! more

The clerk at this store must not like her job; she is the rudest person we have ever dealt with in a service-oriented business. She must be related to the owner because she still has her job. When we asked her for her name, she refused to give it and said she was the only one that worked at that store. more

Very disappointed and poor customer service 2/10/2012

I was very disappointed with both the shoe repair and lack of customer service. After four attempts to fix my shoes, I was still unsatisfied. The store clerk was very rude and raised her voice at me. I will not be returning nor recommending this store. more
