I had a really great experience at Moritz.I traded my Kia Spectra and dealt with Troy he was a great guy to work with. As for the service department Fred was who I always dealt with when I would take the Kia in for service and repairs the people treated me very well.Troy even sent me a birthday card. It has been a year ago. My son is now looking for his first car and I will be sending him there.

I know most people only write stuff to complain, but I had a really good experience the other day at Meador Dodge Jeep Chrysler that I wanted to share with all of ya?ll.
I been wanting a new truck for a long time. I go off road lots and I like to hunt and what not. So I went around looking at trucks. Looked at a Ford, a Toyota and a Chevy. I already own a Dodge. Well I didn?t like any of the others, so I started shopping for a dodge. I wanted a 4X4 Diesel crew cab a certain way. I went to one dealer and he told me it was gonna be high ney impossible to get it for me and even if he could, it?d prolly cost around $48,000.00!! Ha!! Ya so on to plan B!!
So I shopped around some more and found Meador Dodge over on the south side of town. Did an e-mail and got a call back. I went down there and met one of the boss men ted. Ted was a stand up guy. They didn?t have the exact truck wanted but said they would get her for me. The other dealer I went to just told me he couldn?t get it. Well three days later Ted called and said my truck was for sure there. And Meador Dodge?s price was $11,000 less than I had been quoted at the other dealership!!! I'm like..wow!!
Thing is, I even told them what the other dealer told me and Meador Dodge could have used that the wrong way but did not! They gave me a REAL good deal on a LOADED dodge truck and me and my wife are so happy. In this day and age of rip off artists, it is nice to know some good folks still exist. Meador dodge is one of them!!
Pros: Cheap, easy, inventory
Cons: far from my house.

This was a great place to shop for our new van. We went knowing what we wanted and about what price we should pay. The salesmen weren't pushy and showed us exactly what we wanted plus some with a few extras. I asked for a dvd player as other dealerships were offering that item with their vans and it was no problem. I have been to the service center a couple times for minor problems and have received top rate service.

Thanks Sewell Lexus for making this large purchase such a pleasure. We have had good, decent and ok experiences when purchasing a car, and by far Sewell treated us the best. We really felt like family. The car we choose was ready for delivery at the time stated, the sales person made sure to run us through all of the features of the car and personally introduced us to several key employees on the lot, even a tour of the service center and car wash. The cookies and Mocha were fab! They made it really easy to spend money!
A+++, much better than the Sewell Dallas location, in my opinion

Oh my goodness, its a massive car lot. And the best thing about the place, no haggle and no pushy sales people. The bad thing about it, no haggle.
There is every car imaginable from a porche to a pinto and the prices are right at blue book value. Although you may or may not get a good deal, you will get a fair deal and you will know that the cars on the lot go through a through inspection.
Its a safe place to buy a car.

I have bought 3 cars from this dealer and I have to say that they are one of the best in the DFW area. I searched and emailes numerous dealers before buying the car from Toyota of Fort Worth this time. I now live more than an hour away from this dealer and thats why I wanted to get a car from nearby dealer (we have about 4 dealers nearby). WELL I can say that no one is honest as Toyota of Fort Worth. My salesperson was Ash--talk to him he'll be honest with you.

This Dealership has 3 Master Nissan Technicians. When I take my car in they try to repair it in one day if possable. When you are tired of the Mid Cities traffic and hard to get into and out of dealerships. Give them a try.
Pros: Lots of parking Great Service writers. Personable technicians
Cons: Located under the Naval Air Station Runway Approach

Unfortunately I spend a lot of time in the shops all over the country. My sleeper vents needed adjustment to stop them from leaking and 3 other freightliner shops had "completed" the repair unsuccessfully. This shop did it right the 1st time and acted as though they were happy to do it. They are also on time with the repairs they make and give accurate estimates of the time it will take. If you want service with a smile and a good attitude, this is the place to go!

I had to have my Honda serviced last week and Frank Kent Honda was awesome. I dropped the car off at lunch and they had it ready by 3:00. They explained everything very well and didn't try to pressure for something I didn't need.
I will definitely be taking my car back to Frank Kent.

I purchased my VW Jetta from this dealership in 2002, and they have always been very helpful and polite. Many dealerships treat women as second class citizens, but the service department have always been upfront with me. Great service, great sales. This is a great locally owned business. Supporting locally owned businesses is always important to keep the local economy running strong!
