City-Wide Towing

This is the worst towing comany ever!! The driver swore at me because i was waiting on a police report before leaving the scene of the accident and was ""taking too long"" even though i had given him the adress to take the car to but he refused to and wanted to follow me to my house instead. Apon ariving at my house he refused to put my car back in the parking area and left it in the middle of the drive way because he was too impcompatent to park it correctly. He then swore at my landlord, threw my keys at him and literally DROPPED my car off the truck bed. When i called the company they offered me a half apology but no compensation. Ridiculous! Never use this!! more

These guys did not show up and then accused me of avoiding their calls when I called them to check when they might arrive 2 hours later. The driver I called swore at me and hung up! Please do not use this company!!! more

I mistakenly parked my car in a no parking zone for 10 minutes. In that ten minutes my car recieved a ticket and a tow truck had backed up to it. My car wasn't hooked up to the tow truck yet and it had been there for a very short period of time. I asked the tow truck driver if I could just take my car after he (rudely) explained why it was illegally parked and he took one look at me and asked, ""How much money you got on you?"". My girlfriend and I had nothing on us and we answered nothing. He shook his head and said, ""Then its 95 dollars at the city tow lot."" I understand that these people have a job to do, but given the situation I thought it would be reasonable to let me off with the 55 dollar ticket only. Adding to the miserable situation was the fact this guy had the nerve to shake me down for extra money. Ridiculous. Cons: dishonest, crooked, rude more

These guys are not honest. Do yourself and favor and avoid at all costs. They towed my car and I'm 99% sure they damaged it while doing so. When I showed them the damage, they denied responsibility before they took the time to fully assess it. They could not look me in the eye. Cons: dishonest more
