Circuit City

Circuit City is a retailer of electronics, and the store offers price matches of its competitors prices, along with an extra 5%. They do honor this as I have received a price match for a memory stick that was offered at a lower price at Staples. Coincidentally, both Staples and Circuit City are located in the same shopping center. Circuit City also offers a $24 in 24 minute policy. If you place an order online to be picked up, the product will be available in 24 minutes or you will receive a $24 gift card. more

I've been to several Circuit Cities in different areas and this one stood out as the worst one. First, the store is not as big as others. They often don't have items in stock, but if the item you are looking for is in stock, it's easy to find it (I guess it's because it's a small store, after all!). The worst thing about this Circuit City is the service. On multiple occasions, I was given wrong information by a store representive, brushed off without a real answer by a store representive, or just given a plain "I don't know." without trying to find the answer for me. Lastly, they made me wait for a LONG TIME to get my order, as if they have forgotten about my order. I often wonder how they got the job and to KEEP it. Maybe the manager himself is not good, either, but I have not yet made a complaint to the manager, yet. I go here only when I know I don't need anyone's help. more
