Chuck Wagon Cafe

I've been a customer since '89 and have always enjoyed the food and service but lately, sad to say, it's slipping. The crackers and bread stickes they got us use to haven't been offered for the last three visits. When I told the waitress she said I had to ask for them. When I mentioned it to the owner she laughed it off. They didn't include the Ortega chile in the tavern sandwich either and it's just not the same without it. When I talked to the owner she said she'd talk to the cook. That won't do me any good after the fact. Had she offered to redo the order I would have felt like they really cared. I'm afraid they've gotten sloppy at a time they can't afford to and the place was pretty empty last night. Laugh that off folks because now there are a lot of other places to eat at in Corona. I would just like to say that me and my husband have been going to the Chuck Wagon for a few years now...and we LOVE IT!! I guess you can call us ""creatures of habit"" but when ever we go in I always get the BLT and my husband is a freak for the french dip. The waitress are wonderful and always polite! I have to say that if your ever in the area definalty check out this restaurant...you won't be sorry you did! more

We enjoy this place for a decent, american breakfast. Nothing fancy, just respectable cooking. Try their pork tenderloin and eggs, it is better than their chicken fried steak, and sometimes fills the plate. Coffee is mediocre and the same waitresses have been there for the 26 years I have been going there. Part of the restaurant is a full bar, and smokers have a dining area in the patio.
