I've been a customer since '89 and have always enjoyed the food and service but lately, sad to say, it's slipping. The crackers and bread stickes they got us use to haven't been offered for the last three visits. When I told the waitress she said I had to ask for them. When I mentioned it to the owner she laughed it off. They didn't include the Ortega chile in the tavern sandwich either and it's just not the same without it. When I talked to the owner she said she'd talk to the cook. That won't do me any good after the fact. Had she offered to redo the order I would have felt like they really cared. I'm afraid they've gotten sloppy at a time they can't afford to and the place was pretty empty last night. Laugh that off folks because now there are a lot of other places to eat at in Corona.
