I just bought a truck from Chris Leith in Wake Forest. The deal was fairly simple, except, I was told the truck would be, and was filled with gas.

Going Above and Beyond for a Customer!!! 5/5/2011

A very positive experience, this is the third vehicle I have purchased at Chris Leith Dodge in Wake Forest. The first two purchases went without a hitch. The current purchase my wife didnt like the options I selected...thats where the team of Ed Udofia, Burton Malcom and Brad Smith took over. At their expense they took back the first vehicle and obtained a new vehicle from another dealership. It came without one of the options installed....NO PROBLEM said Burton and immediately sent the new vehicle out to the body shop to install the missing option....switched to tires which were not the right ones.... and gave us a car to drive in the meantime...Then Brad Smith took over and made sure everything was more than perfect on delivery....WOW what customer service. Chris Leith should be very proud of the team he has assembled....5 stars??? I dont think so...10 stars is more like it...We will definitely be back again for service and more vehicles.....Thanks Again....Bob more

Car Buying 1/14/2011

When i was in the market for buying a used carIi called Chris Leith and i got (Lawrence Chetty) as the salesman on the phone. it was weeks before i could get there because of family sickness, but Lawrence would check with me at least once a week to see if i was still looking. I finally got down there and the car i wanted to test drive the key was locked up so Lawernce offered to bring the car to me the next day and from there we worked to get the payment i wanted. I must say he is the best car salesman that i have ever worked with and that (Mike) also in finanace was great. I bought my 2007 Trail Blazer there new and then this car, i would recommend Lawrence & Chris Leith to anyone who is looking to buy a car or truck. more

Chris Leith is the place to be!!! 1/2/2011

I currently drive a 2008 Ford Focus S and have recently been in the market for an upgrade to a larger, more powerful vehicle. When I walked on to the lot of Chris Leith Dodge, I was greeted by a salesperson quickly and I feel that this individual made my visit the great experience it was. Gary Lyman was extremely informative about all of the vehicles I was interested in and was neither pushy or overzealous. He has both excellent communication skills as well as knowledge about the automotive industry. I will most likely wait until the summer of 2011 to make a purchase, but when I do I will certainly return to Chris Leith Dodge. more

Great Customer Service 12/27/2010

We had an outstanding experience while purchasing our latest vehicle from Chris Leith Dodge. Not only were we treated like a customer during the purchasing of the vehicle but once the sale was final they stayed in touch with us as well. Gary was a fabulous salesman, very professional and always willing to help - not matter how long we made him wait. We will certainly go back to Chris Leith for our next car purchase. more

Excellent Customer Service 10/20/2010

We have used Chris Leith TWICE within two months to buy cars. They are great! I STRONGLY recommend Claudette Taylor. She is amazing. She doesn't pressure you like other car salesman and she doesn't make promises that she doesn't know she can keep. She is incredibly professional also. The sales manager, Burton, is very nice and personable also. A great experience in all. AND THE PRICES ARE AWESOME! Defintely will be back in a few years! more

A GREAT DEALER 10/15/2010

I have been looking to buy a car for months. I admit I can be, at the very least, difficult to deal with. I am head strong, plain spoken, and do not react well to a pressure sales tactic. I was referred to Eb over at Leith in Wake Forest by a friend/co-worker who had a great experience there as well. I can tell you I picked up my new car today and couldn?t be happier. Eb and Burton were patient and respectful of my wishes during every step of the way and got me the best possible price for my trade. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great job guys! more

Very poor treatment 6/22/2007

We had a very negative experiance with this dealership. We were kept waiting for over three hours while the finance manager finalized the paperwork. The situation was not helped by the fact that the salesperson, while personable, did not communicate much needed information to the finance manager, further causing delays and mistakes that could have easily been avoided. more
