DO NOT!!! GO TO CHELSEA LUMBER! Their estimators on lumber for home building are EXTREMELY off! Was provided a quote for my entire lumber package of over $95,000 and they were short $9,500 worth of material and told me I have 5% overage. I found this after the fact of me ordering $25,000 of I-joists in which the drawings came back incorrectly forcing our home to be incorrect. They delivered lumber to my property without me even knowing or notifying me and just dumped it. They left boxes out in the rain and one was stolen with products I paid for. They attempted to overcharge me on Lumber by over $10,000. It took another lumber company to point this and bring to my attention. They were difficult tp get a hold of for windows and doors as well as kitchen. I would not use them for this! I would not trust them for a full house package let alone a doorknob. STAY AWAY!! There are plenty of other lumber companies out there who will do a better job and provide better customer satisfaction. more

I have been trying to get a quote from them for a patio door for over a month now. The window and door sales are very difficult to reach, and they do not return calls. After I complain to the owner, they finally called me back. I spoke to the sales person for a quote. It has been a week now and I still haven't heard from them. My friend also has bad experience with them regarding windows. Do not use them for windows and doors!!! more

This is a great lumber company that was very helpful with my home building needs. I took my home plans to them and started an account - helped me with picking out windows, doors, etc...and they were great. Always sent me invoices and delievered items on time. Better one on one service than Home Depot, Lowes - I would recommend going to them. more

They have a program where they will finance your building loan themselves as long as you have been pre-approved for a mortgage. They were wonderful to work with and very helpful. They have designers on staff to help you with your building plans and decorating your new home. I would not hesitate to use their services again. more
