Pleasant experience 9/9/2014

Carpet Giant greeted my a the door greated me at the door and pointed me in the right direction so they didn't hover over me. They gave me space to look around. If I had questions they answered them. What impressed me the most was when I oordered the carpeting, I decided I wanted a runner to match. It's a twenty to twenty-five minute drive from where I'm from to get to Carpet Giant but I didn't have to come back out. They had one of their workers, who lived closer to me, come by on her way to work to measure and give her suggestions. That was very gracious and answered my questions anytime. I've dealt with them and it's been a pleasant experience. more

Quick. Efficient. Quality workmanship. 7/31/2014

Everything was great with CARPET GIANT OF OSSINING. I had them install wall to wall carpeting in 1 bedroom. I have worked with a lot of carpet installers over the years. NEVER have I seen a technician install carpeting so quickly and efficiently. Typically, if somebody is able to work fast, I question how good of a job they actually did. They actually work quickly while maintaining quality workmanship. It has been a while since they did the work and everything is still holding up and looking great! more

Excellent carpet and installation 7/28/2014

Carpet Giant did an excellent job of installing the carpet with me and the kids at home. The people in the store, the installation, and the carpet itself were all excellent. The only reason why I rated them as a four and not a five is because they scheduled the installation and no one showed up. I called, and they said they didn't even list me on the schedule! I thought that was really strange. It's no big deal, because I was home with the kids that day, but I still thought that was strange. Other than that, everything was excellent. more

Very good and pleasant. 7/21/2014

Carpet Giant of Ossining has been very accommodating. We moved into a new house and got a lot of carpeting done. When it flooded, we had to have everything replaced a few months afterward. They were very easy to deal with and very cooperative. it was great! more

Carpet Giant was very reliable. They show up when they say they will, and they provide great customer service. They have a great selection of carpets to choose from, and the installers are good. I would highly recommend them to others. more

Carpet Giant of Ossining is great, definitely five out of five. We've been using their services for a couple years now and we're very satisfied. Recently, there was one part of the carpet that wasn't fixed at first, but they came back and fixed it without any problems. They've absolutely great and we would recommend them to anybody. more

Fast, knowledgeable and patient 5/21/2014

I used Carpet Giant of Ossining for the first time, and the gentleman who helped us was great. He was very knowledgeable about carpet, and he helped us stay in our budget. The people who came to install the carpet were very helpful and patient when it came to moving our things out of the way for the installation. more

Totally satistisfied 4/25/2014

I've been using Carpet Giant of Ossining for over 15 years. I'm a landlord, and they come out and carpet my buildings for me. They do an excellent job every time, they show up when they're supposed to, and I don't have to call them back to redo anything. They get the job done right. more

Competitively priced 2/26/2014

I don't have anything bad to say about Carpet Giant. I'm a builder so they do carpet in my new houses and my experience has always been good. They have a large selection, they get the work done in the time frame I give them, and the customers have always been satisfied. They clean up after themselves which is very important to me. Any delays that I've found have been with their supplier so it's not a fault of theirs. more

Carpet for a new home 2/13/2012

I purchased carpet for three bedrooms in my home from Carpet Giant. The quality of the carpet is fine, the price was fair (probably cheaper than Home Depot) and they installed the carpet within a week (which is ultimately why we chose them). Two installers came to install the carpet and I was unpleasantly surprised by the quality of their work. Seams were visible, there were many, many pulls in the carpet, in one room there was an entire wall length of carpet that wasn't tacked down and the carpets were a mess because they didn't vacuum. I called the store and they sent the installers back to fix everything immediately. The carpet looked better when they fixed it up but I am still finding pulls in the carpet. Would probably not use Carpet Giant again. more
