Review content:
Carpet Giant did an excellent job of installing the carpet with me and the kids at home. The people in the store, the installation, and the carpet itself were all excellent. The only reason why I rated them as a four and not a five is because they scheduled the installation and no one showed up. I called, and they said they didn't even list me on the schedule! I thought that was really strange. It's no big deal, because I was home with the kids that day, but I still thought that was strange. Other than that, everything was excellent.
