Car Nutz Auto Spa

Did anyone ever tell these "oil change experts" that you're not supposed to tighten oil filters so tight that even a quality oil filter wrench won't get them off? They'll never so much as touch one of my vehicles again. Boo, hiss! more

Got a wash today, and a very well done job. They were really busy but still got the car clean in a very decent time. Will go back any time more

Employee dropped antenna between dash and windshield. Attempts to extract damaged car. Refused to have third party fix it. Subsequent attempts to repair vehicle caused further damage. Was told that the damaged part was not a necessary part of the vehicle. BEWARE CAR OWNERS!!! more

Car Nutz does the standard oil change and filter replacement on my cars for $28. This also includes a free car wash. They are usually pretty busy on the weekend but it's an easy in and out during the week. The car wash is actually very good and detailed. I have not had a problem with anything missing out of my car. The waiting area is well kept and pleasant. more

I took my car to Car Nutz on Spring Road in Smyrna. My necklace was bothering me so I had taken it off and put it in my ash tray. When I got my car back I went to get some chap stick which I also keep in my ash tray and noticed that my necklace was gone. I was not even out of the parking lot. I never accused anyone of taking my necklace I was just trying to get some help on locating it. I mean for all I new it could have been cot up in the vacuum cleaner. Well the manager told me to leave the property. When he told me to leave I was not upset or yelling or anything I was just asking for a little help. So I called the police. Long story short the police found my necklace. An employee had taken it out of my ashtray. The owner ended up giving me a $50 gift certificate, but I have never used it. more
