my car window was fixed about 2 months ago. the tech told me i had no warranty so I thought okay since its not oem than whatever. A few days later the window won't budge after it rained, once it dried up it worked. Then, a few days ago, the window opened with a loud thud and crash and now it won't open. Called Abra, they sent me another tech, he heard the crash and tud too, stated maybe glass was still stuck and then lubed up my window and then stated if it doesn't open bring it back to the West Alis shop. That's what I did after an hour, which the window didn't work. Than the shop states my regulator was broken and that's why my window won't go up or down. So I'm like how can that be when I still see the guide move up and down, the gentleman then tells me he doesn't know that. As I leave he tells me to go to Honda, and they are going to charge me $115 just to look at the window when I paid $200 to get it fix by ABRA. Okay, 30mins later my window falls and I catch it before it hits the bottom of my car door, and now my window works again because ask I push up on the button my windows moves up....wait wasn't I just told that my regulator was broken. And wasn't my window suppose to be on glass mounts because surely enough it fell from the top of the window almost to the bottom. And now as I call customer services they are still giving me the roundabout. I'm suppose to wait for a Bray May to call me and no one has called yet. THIS WAS AND STILL IS HORRIBLE SERVICE. more

We had several dealings with Abra and they fixed our vehicles like new. We had no problems with them, all the dings were out, paint matched and parts were replaced. The only issue was that the manufacture delayed shipment of a part for Abra to use for replacement on our vehicle. They were friendly, informative and on time with everything that was within their control. We would recommend them again. more

We have used ABRA three times now for auto work. Collision work, which is their specialty. I advise when you pick your vehicle back up that you check it thoroughly. We just picked up our SUV from a deer collision, and there were nine errors on their part. From over spray ruining (needs replaced) the trim. To not taking out the dents and dings. They also did not allign the hood and did not put the grill on correctly. The worst part? They applied the paint wrong. They did it sheer, and the manufacturer's way ws done in what is called an orange peel. Would I use them again? NO. more
