So this isn't your typical cafe. Their main offerings are a variety of salads - and at first blush that doesn't sound too interesting. But then you try them, and you're hooked. Open only at lunch, Cafe Max is usually packed, their eat-in and to-go lines equally long (but fast moving). The choices are simple, but delicious, and the portions are beyond ample. The caesar salad is divine and the chicken and seafood salads are equally superb. Try any of their salads or sandwiches and you'll be a Cafe Max convert.
