This review is for the 15th St. location. What a wonderful place. The owner was there, very friendly and takes pride in his fresh hand cut fries, fresh meat and clean fry oil. It is the best burger in the Dallas area. I had never heard of it until I drove by one day. This is a real diamond in the ruff. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!!!!!--It's fabulous more

Best Burger Place 11/27/2009

You can find the best burger from this burger island. \r Every order is fresh prepared and cooked.\r They have another location on Independence parkway near 15th street in Plano. I dine in and togo from both places at least twice or three times a week.\r I love their burgers. Pros: Good food, good price and good service. more

Best Burgers in North Dallas Metroplex 8/4/2008

I have found one of the great burger places in North Dallas Metroplex, Yes I have been to Kellers, Snuffers, JC's Burger House and now Burger Island. and the burgers here are as good or better than the ones listed. \r They have large and flavorful burgers, fries and all the fixn's Many locals eat here on a regular basis, including the fire dept. There are two locations so far, Richardson and Sache. The secret is out. more
