Went years ago, and I see nothing has changed. My husband was also told he had to have the "special cleaning", then when I went they tried to tell me same. I said no, just regular cleaning, and they said they couldn't do that. So I left, then they billed me for x-rays, and started calling my house for payment. My husband paid even though I told him not to, insurance should have covered it, have tricare. Never send anyone there. more

Like the post above, i would not let anyone I know to go there. i went in for xrays, and they charged me twice for the xrays, as their computer was not working, so they had to do them manually. but they charged me twice. then the lady came and said i needed deep cleaning, i agreed to pay onlt 180.00 and nothing more, the next day- even before they put in a claim in my insurance, i got a bill for another 110.00 how can they bill me if they have not even put in a claim? I called and left a message, and no one got back to me. then 3 months later they charge my credit card! which they had no authorization. they are cooks, and they try to take your money. not to mention one of the dentists have been on suspension in the passed for a DUI and drug abuse. please go somewhere else. dont waste your time, they will run you dry! more

After going to this office for an initial visit of a cleaning, x-rays & evaluation, I spent 2 hours getting only x-rays & an evaluation. I have never in all my dental visits experienced such a hard sell for a very expensive deep cleaning treatment in all my life. They were like used car salesmen. I refused the deep cleaning & they refused to any services to me. I only went there because they were participating in my dental insurance. I will never go back to that office because I feel they lack professionalism. If you go there just beware. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would, but the system makes me give an unwarranted star. more

This office is running a scam that would make any used car salesman proud. You go in expecting to get your teeth cleaned & wind up w/an expensive treatment plan for periodontal disease. I know I have this condition because previous dentists have told me so & how to treat it. The condition has not worsened. This office wanted to treat it for almost $1000. If you refuse treatment, they refuse to treat you. They use numerous sales tactics to get you to buy into the sale. I was in there 1-1/2 hrs. getting x-rays, an exam & sales pitch. I was refused a cleaning unless I had the other work done. They have lost sight of any professionalism. I wish I had found these reviews of them prior to going to their office because I would have cancelled my appointment. If you are searching for a dentist, I advise you to avoid this office like they had the plague or some other communicable disease. If you do go there just beware --- you have been warned. I would prefer to give them a zero or no star rating, but this site forced me to give them a 1 star rating that is not deserved. more

Took my family of 5 for annual cleanings,( kids are 4,5 and 7). Had to go to Bullsboro Dental b/c of insurance. Had my 4 year in the chair for 5 minutes and got charged $55 for exam and "cleaning" (they brushed his teeth)!!! In total my bill was $1100 (that is my out of pocket, doesn't include what insurance pays), then when I called back to question the amount was told she "accidentally" overcharged me $180 dollars. On top of that they didn't actually do my husband's or my polishing, we had to reschedule another appt (and pay again) to have that done. We walked out of that place feeling robbed!!! Won't ever go back again. more

Funny. I read all of the complaints on this Dental facility and find them all to be quite ignorant! I am a patient of this dental office, receive "regular" cleanings and love the staff there. I find the hygeinist to be most helpful in teaching me about my oral health. I see the dentist regularly...perhaps this is why I get regular cleanings...to maintain my oral health. I cannot help but wonder why people are always looking out for the cheapest way to go about things, rather than the RIGHT way. This is your mouth and health you all are discussing on these forums. Treat it more seriously! Don't complain just because you receive a poor diagnoses. My mother suffers from periodontal disease and it is very aggressive. It has to be treated aggressively to be kept in check. But, hey, it's YOUR mouth...ignore your health professionals and lose all of your teeth...I won't care cecause I will still have MY teeth! :) more

Waited an hour before being seen for my cleaning just to find out that I was only scheudled for a dental exam and would have to come back for the cleaning. If I wanted to go someplace else, they would charge me $60 to get a copy of my X-Rays. When I returned for the cleaning, I had to wait 30 minutes and was then told they would not perform the cleaning unless I paid for a $100 "gingivitis" treatment not covered by my insurance. It is a scam - don't go there! more

Measuring your teeth at a cleaning? Then, charging you hundreds more than insurance allows for what they insist is a required "special" cleaning. Another dentist told me the measuring is a scam. Additionally, after they filled my tooth, the filling came out, and I was charged for going in just to have them tell me it fell out. more

I HAVE READ REVIEWS ON THIS SITE AND I FIND THEM TO BE NOTHING BUT LIES..YOU CAN GET A REGULAR CLEANING ALL DAY LONG IF YOUR GUMS ARE HEALTHY I WENT THERE AND I AM 30 YEARS OLD AND HAD A REGULAR FREE CLEANING!! I was not happy with the service that i received at this dentist. They do not tell you at the time of making your appointment they they require a credit or debit card number on file. This is so that if your insurance does not pay within 30 days they charge you. This is really no big deal. The service is poor, and their dental work is the same. I have 2 fillings, now my teeth KILL me. I cannot even eat a PB&J sandwich without MUCH pain. Now I have to deal with this pain because to go to another dentist I need my x-rays which Bullsboro Dental wants to charge an arm and a leg for. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS DENTIST!! Gental Dentistry of Newnan is AWESOME, they are pretty busy so it is hard to get an appointment, but it is WELL WORTH THE WAIT! more

Because of being militery my insurance has changed several times so I have been to several dentist. Well the first time I set foot in to Bullsboro drive they told me I needed a certain teeth cleaning technique that was kinda expensive and that I was develpoing peridontal diease. I was shocked. Well I got the treatment , bought the products they said was necessary , the whole nine yards. Later I had to go to a defferent dentist,. They told me everything was great with me teeth and gums. Later I had to go back to Bullsboro drive. They told me the same crap all over again. And that I needed acertain cleaning and certain medicines and even toothbrush. I went to a different dentist and low and behold was one of there old hygienist. I told her I had to get out og bullsboro drive dental because I thought they were crazy. She told me I was right. They tell all their patients that they have problems so old Mr. Nutt would get RICH RICH RICH. She said if she didn't that they would get fired. No wonder they never keep assistants very long!!! Do not go there. They will rip you off. I wish I could find a way to sue them for that!!!!! more
