Me and my mom purchased a car here the day before Thanksgiving. We found slight problems we wanted fixed before taking the car. The salesman Steve was friendly and accommodating and ensured the car would be ready for pick up in two days, on that Friday. On that Friday, He informed me there was a delay with a part but the car would be ready by Monday. On Monday, I received no call thus towards their closing time I called to see what happened and Steve had to put me on hold immediately to call their service center to see if the car was ready. In my opinion, by this time he should have already known the status of my car, I shouldn't have to call to remind him to see if my car was ready. He then informed me they were finishing up the car and if it wasn't ready by the time they closed that day, it would ""for sure be ready Tuesday"", his EXACT words, no exaggeration. On Tuesday I received no call, leading me to call them once again, this time he merely said they were still working on the car and gave no explanation on what the delay was, as I began to explain that I expected to have the car when initially promised he rushed me off the phone and said he would call when its ready and hung up immediately following. \r

In summary\r
-paid for car in FULL on Nov. 27th\r
-promised car on the 29th\r
-Received no calls from them on any update on delays or estimated day the car will finally be ready\r
-It is now December 16th and I have yet to receive a call from this establishment.\r

This review reflects on the very poor customer service I am receiving. One would expect to be informed on delays and not have to constantly be the one calling the establishment only to receive vague, if any, explanation on the status of the vehicle. \r

I can only hope they are truly putting dedicated work into the car to ensure I don't have any problems with it. Nonetheless, the customer should be contacted and informed especially with such tremendous, unexplained delays as this. \r
