This was the most unprofessional experience i have ever had. After they didn't come out after 3 weeks now they are of accusing us of not paying. And what a surprise my dishwasher still isn't fixed, but I would rather pay someone else than to ever have to deal with these people again. NO INTEGRITY!!!!! Awful Awful more

No response from Service Department for 3 months. 11/18/2008

11/19/2008 Update: 11/19/08 - still no call backs on my issue. I continue to call every other day and was just told they are extremely busy with the Thanksgiving holiday. They have had this in their service department for 3 months more
