I just had my hair highlighted by Tracey Bocci and it is fabulous! She used a new technique and I can not believe how much brighter my hair looks. The staff is great-always helpful and when I was leaving at least 4 employees told me how great my hair looked! Everyone needs a nice compliment one in awhile right??? ******The place is 5 Star*******. The price is very reasonable-remember... you get what you pay for and Bocci is worth every penny!! Received a gift card for Valentines Day. I have heard so many good things about this place that I was so happy I got a card! I was able to get a pedicure and haircut. I loved both services and the prices were reasonable for such a high end salon. (When I asked for a haircut price, there was a range so make sure you ask) Mine was $40. I will be back! I have been driving by Bocci for a few years now and it is always jam packed. I had to see why...I booked a cut and color as I have not been really happy with my current stylist. 3/24/2012 HORRIBLE PLACE. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FAST. My one and ONLY appt today at Bocci. Hair stylist Krista was recommended to me. Kept me waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes with two different staff people assuring me "she would only be another 5 minutes". Then her assistant came out and offered to shampoo me WITHOUT THE STYLIST EVER HAVING SEEN MY HAIR DRY. Wow. I have been to many salons through the years but once I went to Bocci I finally ended my search. Their stylists are so educated and knowledgeable that I never had to worry that I would walk out hating my hair. Tanya Trevellen is one of the most talented stylist I have seen. She has a gift to see what will look great and bring the best features on a person shine. I can walk into the shop and tell Tanya to do what she thinks is best and when I leave I know I look my best. A friend of mine mentioned Bocci was a nice place, so I contacted them. 'Nice Place' is really an understatement. We were looking for a salon that could accomodate a party of four for my sister's 60th birthday on relatively short notice (10 days). A friend of mine mentioned Bocci was a nice place, so I contacted them. 'Nice Place' is really an understatement. I was so pleasantly surprised with the awesome customer service from my web inquiry to my call to set up the appointments, and ultimately our visit. I've been to spa parties before where not everyone was happy at the end of the day; but I can honestly say that all of us were just blown away with how wonderful each of us were treated and felt for days afterwards. We all had massages, manicures, and pedicures. We were all asked what our problem areas were, and they were addressed during the massages. Two of those in the party who don't have pedicures very often asked for tips about nail care, which the nail tech happily provided. One was even shown tips by the manicurist for fixing nail polish errors at home! The birthday girl in the party got a facial and just loved how soft her skin felt afterwards. She has many allergies and those were taken into consideration so she did not break out at all. This was just an overall fabulous place, and we will definately be back and recommending it to friends!! more

Bocci has been around for almost 20 years and is the best Salon & Spa in the area. Their Spa is very nice...it's not huge but the rooms are cozy and most importantly their spa staff is second to none. They take pride in their work and it shows. Their prices are very resonable too! Don't look any further, you found the Spa you were looking for! more

I have been to Bocci several times for a haircut and color and Shannon has always done a great job, SHE gets 5 stars.............BUT, everytime i've been there the receptionist desk is rude and treats the customers like there a peice of garbage. I used to just put up with it because I loved my hair everytime I left, but about a week ago I just couldn't take it anymore. I asked a simple question about my bill and instead of explaining it to me, she said with an ATTITUDE "I don't explain the charges, that's what the total is and that's what you owe". Now I was furious with their snooty little attitude so I asked for a manager so I could complain about how rude they always are everytime I come in here, and not just to me, I've seen them treat many other customers the same way. Well out comes the source of the problem, I believe her name was Nikki, she was worse than the receptionists and told ME, you know THE CUSTOMER, that "if I didn't like the people that worked there then I am no longer welcome back". I almost fell to the floor! A $100 everytime I go in there and this is how a MANAGER treats me. That's when I decided I was never going back, which makes me even more mad about it because I loved how my stylist did my hair. After reading the other numerous bad comments on here about the front desk I think the owner needs to wake up and get rid of that manager and have all the receptionists re-trained before they don't have any customers left. They have a Great atmosphere, great services, and a beautiful building and it's all ruined by horrible receptionists. It's actually really sad! more

I came to Bocci the other day on my Birthday and had a massage by Keri. She was wonderful!!! I have been all across the globe and had many different masseuse, but she was the best!! I wanted a deep tissue and she delivered! Thank you!!!!!!! more

The first time I went to Bocci I got a good cut and style for $65. Don't remember the stylist's name. When I called to make my next appointment, I asked for a cheaper stylist. I was told that Nora was the cheapest. I asked top and bottom cut and style prices and was told that their stylists charge anywhere between $35 and $70. Since Nora was cheapest, I chose her, thinking that all of Bocci's stylists would do an acceptable job on a cut and style. When I walked in for my appointment, I asked the 2 women sitting at the desk how much Nora would charge me, and 1 of the women answered "Either $35 or $40, depending." Nora charged me $50. There was nothing I could do about being overcharged. I had dealt with 3 different people (excluding Nora), the woman on the phone when I made the appointment and the 2 women sitting at the desk when I walked in and asked what price i would be charged by Nora. In the end, no one would admit that I was told face to face that Nora would charge me either $35 or $40. I got home that day and looked at the back of my hair in the mirror and saw that Nora had cut the top layer in the back halfway up straight across and left the remaining hair underneath several inches longer. I called several days later and complained, after trying and trying but finding that there was no way I could wear my hair that way. I told them that I needed my cut redone because I could not wear my hair down. The only thing I was offered was another appointment with Nora. Employees at Bocci told me a lesser price but charged me a higher price, they didn't care at all that I was overcharged, and they offered no reasonable solution to the terrible cut I had been given. The one star I gave was for the good job the first stylist did cutting and styling my hair. The rest of my experience with Bocci was terrible. The owner should send in secret clients on several occasions to see how we are treated by Bocci's employees. more
