I called my order in. The person that took the order wrote it incorrectly. I didn't realize the pizza was wrong until I drove home. I called to find out what could be done, and I greeted by a rude manager. There was no apology offered. I work at a lage company that use to order delivery from Big Ebe's. I have since relayed my experience to my co-workers who will no longer be ordering. I thought the customer was always right. Not in this case. The order was written down wrong. The wrong pizza was given, and when I called to complain, it was no biggie that I had to drive 25 mintues to get the correct pizza. I used a coupon, I guess that was my mistake. If a coupon is used for half off, I guess that counts for customer service as well. I think the manager should have at least said ""I'm sorry you had to drive back for the error we made."" I wasn't even comfortable eating the pizza after this fiasco. I will not return ever. I am very disapointed with the poor customer service that was provided. Thumbs down.
