Horrible 1/25/2013

Would NEVER go back. Place is filthy. All they want is to get your money and tell you how to train your dog. I know how to train. Sorry I ever went. Big waste of money and time! more

Horrible 7/14/2011

Good: Nothing. Bad: The "care" was horrific. My dog had a lump on her side. They said it was just a fatty tissue without ever investigating. My dog got worse and the lump got bigger. Then they said it was the worst case of cancer they'd ever seen. My dog DIED because of their complete ineptitude.. Improvements: Shut them down. Take away their license to "practice". Other: I have told everyone I know with animals to NEVER go there. I do not want to give this place even 1 star but there was no option to put less than 1.. more

Best Vet Care in New Jersey 9/29/2010

While my cat was hospitalized at The Belle Mead Animal Hospital, he received skilled and compassionate care. He is fully recovered now thanks to Dr. Joseph Martins and his professional staff. The hospital is kept very clean from top to bottom and his receptionist and technical staff are always willing to answer every medical question. Each one is well educated in the medical profession. This is a top-notch hospital. I highly recommend it. more

Devoted doctors & staff 1/5/2007

Dr. Joseph Martins and the staff at the Belle Mead Animal Hospital are highly skilled, compassionate professionals who they always go out of their way to help every patient. All my animals have received excellent, loving care at this hospital. I would trust no one else with my animals. more

Pretty good Vet service 9/26/2005

This vet clinic was suggested by a friend with a dog but I was not as impressed as she was. I took my dog there a few times for chronic ear infections and found them to be knowledgeable but a little unfriendly. They were turned off by my dog because he gets scared of the doctor and nips. I knew this going in and warned them but they were very hands off. My dog is a whopping 15 lbs and not scary at all (fluff ball). And yet the doctor was stumped by how to examine him. Just as a contrast, the doctor I go to know built a repore with my dog on the first visit and pets and sooths when examining him and he does great. I think if your dog is good for the doctor you would get great service but this isn't the place for jump dogs. more
