Dr. Considine has been my family doctor since I was young. He has a great great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. He does great with typical problems but I would go to a specialist for anything serious. He is very nice and sweet. He is a family man and treats kids like they are his own. I have always liked his treatment and would recomend him to anyone.

But then I was surprised with the concern and thoroughness of the entire staff, the modern computerized equipment, and how they explained to me what was going on. Best eye exam and glasses I've ever had - glad I took the time to find them, and glad they took their time with me.

If you need glasses or contacts, then this is a good place to check out. They have a great selection of glasses, plus they will fit you with contacts if that be your desire. They also have a decent selection of colored contacts if you just aren't satisfied with your own eye color.

I had been going here for yearly check-ups since I moved to Skillman over 16 years ago until I grew-out the system. This place is simply great. The doctors and nurses take great care of the patients and a lot of them will remember your name after a while. I'd recommend them to any family with young children looking for a pediatric group that will do the job well. Although sometimes there can be a length wait for the doctor (like just about every other doctor), there are lots of toys and magazines to keep yourself and/or your child entertained until your name gets called. With medical insurance the co-pay is only $5 so it's money well-spent.

When I had a problem with my thyroid I tried many specialists but none was as good as my family doctor Nancy Allegar MD. She listened to my symptoms without rushing me or passing judgment and did very complete testing that showed what my real problem was. Something that took years to diagnose with other doctors was one of her first ideas. I think its hard to get in as a new patient but she is worth the wait if you need a good family doctor.

Mountain View Dental is a great place for dental cleaning. The dentists are friendly and their staff is efficient. As with all medical facilities, the waiting room is heavily used and sometimes I have to wait a while until I am called in for my appointment. The magazine selection is pretty good but the air conditioning is often set too high.

Dr. Salley was my Gyn for a couple years but I couldn't get an appointment with her anymore and her staff was not good. After I waited two months for an appointment and was told when I got there that Dr. Salley wasn't going to see me. The Nurse Practioner was taking her patinets. Not only was I unhappy with not being notified earlier but the person I saw was really horrible. Most of my friends who used to go to her stopped for the same reason.
