Everyone is so professional. As usual, Christiana did a great haircut and style. The salon is always so clean and well run.

Was disappointed my perm with Sonny did not turn out quite that well. She let it set too long (and I exclaimed that at the begg). As...

It appears that the price of my product has gone from $48 to $60...seems like a ridiculous price increase....reinforces my opinion of Beauty Indulgence....OVERPRICED! more

I just have to say that this GREAT!! I have been going here since they opened. They have excellent customer service and I never have to wait for my appointment. I LOVE their products!! Shaida has been cutting my hair for years and years, I can't remeber, that is how long it has been. Toni, who colors my hair is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!! She knows what would look good on me and I come out feeling like a new woman. She always make you feel special. I love Toni!! I cannot say enough about her..It is ALL GOOD!! If you ever need your hair colored or highlighted or whatever, she is your girl!! I would recommend her to anyone!! They are both awesome!! :) more

Hair color and blow dry 1/30/2012

Amy did a great job on my color and Shahel blew my hair out to perfection and also gave me some tips about blowing it dry at home and how to have my bangs cut in the future. I love the peace and quiet at your chop more

Rude Front Desk Employees 1/29/2012

I have visited the salon at least four times if not more. The employees at the front desk are so unfriendly: they never say thank you; they never offer to schedule another appointment, and; I hear them talking rudely to the stylists and color specialists. The tall, big build statured woman is downright rude. This is the last time I will visit the salon. more

I always have a great experience at B.I. Margo is a marvel with her scissors. She has a professional eye as to what style is best suited for the shape of my face. She never is "scissor happy" and cuts off too much hair. She is the knack of being friendly and "getting down to business" at the same time. I have had many compliments on my hair after she styles it. I've recommended her to several of my friends. They have been happy with Margo, also. Sylvia is a lot of fun, we laugh a lot while she is shampooing my hair. All this makes coming to Beauty Indulgence a pleasant experience. more

Wonderful experience 1/7/2012

I have visited the salon and spa several times. My appointment typically runs right on time and if it is behind at all (the most I've ever waited was 10min) I was offered a beverage and communicated with about the time. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very calming. I'll keep returning as the service is just as good as the atmosphere. more

Don't usually have to wait 1/7/2012

I had the same excellent service from my stylist and shampoo person as I always do. However, when I arrived, the receptionist said my stylist was "finishing up" and she would be taking me back shortly. Almost 30 minutes passed before I was taken back. My stylist informed me that he had not been told I was waiting, and I believe him. I have never had to wait this long before. Get with it, front desk! more

I had a facial and a message. These were great. I was very relaxed. I wished I was given a moment to enjoy it. I was rushed out of the changing room. That totally reduced the relax mood I was in. more

So Thankful! 1/5/2012

I am so thankful for Hanan! I rushed in yesterday after I got my hair dyed black by a salon in mid-town. My sister goes to this salon and I shouldve listened to her in the first place. Hanan took the time and asked the questions to make sure she was going to give me a result that I was happy with (something Azur Salon did NOT do). After 3.5 hours, my hair was no longer a shocking black with violet undertones, but a dark brown. Maybe not the auburn that I really wanted orginally, but that I blame on my hair being completely black (darn azur salon) and Hanan not wanting to make all my hair fall out (for that I am thankful). I will definitely be returning. I have finally found a stylist in Houston that cares about their clients and their work. I should've gone here in the first place! more

What a wonderful experience! Grace was warm and friendly. She is so knowledgeable about all the aspects of the treatments without being a pushy salesperson. I will definitely be having additional treatments and Beauty Indulgence is lucky to have her on staff. more

This salon is exceptional. First, it is professionally run and managed and that is obvious. Then, Sylvia gives fantastic shampoos. You are pampered and feel so relaxed. Then Scott does his magic on you. His expertise as a stylist with cut and color raise the bar for everyone else. In addition to his styling skills, he is FUNNY and personable. I know I will be laughing before the appoiintment is over. Keep up the good work! more

Kim provided the best massage I have ever had!!!!!!!!!! She made sure that I received exactly what I needed. She was professional and caring. Excellent!!!! I wish that the changing area entering the steam room did not have a lot of equipment in it. The aroma in the steam room was a bit strong. My facial was excellent. We will be back. THANKS more
