Everyone is so professional. As usual, Christiana did a great haircut and style. The salon is always so clean and well run.

Threading Services is always good 9/27/2011

Every time I book a threading it always comes out perfect. Staff is very friendly. Only gripe I would have would be that you're not always seen at your appointment time. Waiting sometimes 20- 30 minutes. Still I haven't found a better place to go to. more

Haircut cost 9/25/2011

I have been coming to your salon for years. I have used Marlene and she is wonderful. The most I have ever paid for a cut and style is $50. Marlene is on maternity leave so I have used gabby. She is wonderful! When I checked out the cost was $60. I questioned the receptionist and she was very rude about it. Not willing to help me understand why and then tried to find my information in the computer and couldnt even find my name. She acted like I was putting her out to look for my information and for finding out why my cut was so expensive. I will continue to come but will expect an explanation on the cost and hopeful that my information is found in the computer. I also got a Mani and pedi from Annie. It was the best Mani pedi I have ever had. I will continue to see Annie as well. more

Margo has cut my hair in the past and again just recently. She is professional and confident in cutting and styling hair. After discussing options with me, she gave me a terrific haircut. I wish I had kept a record of all the compliments I have received concerning my "new look!" more

From the first time I stepped into the spa, I felt I was in a very comforting and clean surrounding. Annie is always punctual, and has me out in the expected time. I've been going to your spa since you opened but I have never had to wait half an hour for a service. I think there was a lack of communication between the front desk and the stylist. ..I should've approached the front desk staff sooner and not waited for 30 minutes before saying something but I understand how sometimes one has to be patient. I will continue to come to Beauty Indulgence because I love Christiana so I hope this never happens again. more

Highlights 9/13/2011

I am amazed at how well my color turned out. Sarah was fabulous, and I definitely plan to use her in the future. I have had several people do my color in your salon, and no one has been able to give me the blonde that I wanted. She nailed it!!! I know she is new with the salon, I plan to spread the word about her in my neighborhood at what a great job she did. I also was very happy that she saw me thru the complete process, color, wash & go...I really feel like a farm animal when my color is done and then I'm shipped off to the shampoo bowl only for someone else to do it, which has been my experience in the past with this salon.
