I will never recommend this office to abeyond. The staff is terrible and so are the doctors. I know someone who use to work there and was told that they do terrible work for patients who have state insurance. He/she explained to me that the dentist there say why should they make perfectly good dentures for state insurance patients when they(the dentist)will only be paid very little. Opposed to insurance through their employers will pay a lot for Dentures, Crowns, Root canals. This officein my opinion Needs to be shut down. The dentist there are very rude. I also have a friend who said the oral surgeon isn't licensed to extract teeth that the assistant needs to make sure he's removing the correct tooth. Please check the dentist to make sure that they are licensed to practice in Wisconsin. Please be in charge of your teeth. Don't let anyone disrespect you about your teeth. more

I had to have a root canal and felt very over whelmed with not only the procedure but the cost. I travel from the Sheboygan area and the procedure was to take 4 trips. Not only did Dr. Sara Klasinski make me feel comfortable but she saw how far I was traveling and made my visits there longer so that I didn't have to make so many trips. Dr. Klasinski made adjustments to my new tooth until it was perfect and up to her standards. She is very detailed oriented and a perfectionist and that's what you want when you are dealing with your teeth. I felt I was in great hands and there was no need to worry, all I had to do was keep my mouth open. Even with that Dr Klasinski was concern that my jaw was getting to tired so put in a mouth piece to help. Dr Klasinski and her assistant worked great together it was a great experience, even if it was going to the dentist. Because it is an expensive procedure they let me break it into payments and being a single mom that was very helpful. Even if I could find a dentist closer to my home that excepted my insurance I wouldn't change. Dr Klasinski is just a wonderful dentist and I will continue to travel to Bay View Dental. \r \r Sandy more

My son WAS a patient here I cant believe how unprofessional the staff was. First my son has cavities and it took two months for them to even fix the first one then I thought we would come back every few weeks to have the rest fixed. NOPE he had to wait another two months to get in again and in that time his tooth cracked from the decay. I was asked HOW that could happen and when I replied that its been taking forever to even get them fixed they looked at me like I was crazy. They wanted to pull it but I refused and they fixed the ONE tooth that the appointment was originally for 3 teeth to get fixed. On top of that the tooth wasn't even fixed correctly and there is still decay showing it was done very sloppy. Also my son was saying it hurt the whole time and the Dentist told him to be quiet. Really? Do something about the pain!!! I would NEVER recommend this place ever not even to my worse enemy. more

I was in need of fast service since I had a bad toothache, I hadn""t been to the dentist in years so I checked with my insurance coverage and found the Bay View Dental clinic was close by and accepted by insurance. I called and told them my problem and was able to get right in away. The staff was very caring and friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour even with the paper work. I tried to make a co pay payment but they told me to wait to see what the insurance covered. more

Happy Customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6/21/2012

Good Office! The staff was very friendly and happy. I had lots of questions regarding bleaching, the doctor informed me but didn't pressure me to buy anything. I am happy to have found a nice office where I feel comfortable. more

Earlier this week, I had a periodontal 3/22/2012

Earlier this week, I had a periodontal issue, I was pretty sure it wasn't serious but one can never be too careful and I had just read a story about someone dying from a dental infection. So I found them (as they're close to my house and I don't have a regular dentist) and called. The receptionist/hygienist that answered was extremely friendly and helpful. She told me the rates right up front ($55 for an exam, $22 for X-ray = awesome prices) and that was exactly what I was charged. more

I have been a long time patient at BayView Dental Care and have decided to start reviewing the places I frequent. I am blown away by the reviews below to the point I think they may have this place confused with another place. the first reason I think this is I have never come across anyone at that doesn't speak english. THere used to be an office on KK and Lincoln that closed and I think it was state funded. All of the doctors and staff are nice. I can always get in when I have a problem, and they are always willing to help me with my insurance and what I will need to pay for treatment. I think the review below is most likely taking honesty about what they will owe as being pushy (if they are reviewing the right place). more

Worst dental service I have ever received 2/11/2011

The service provided by Bayview Dental is completely unacceptable. The staff were not very friendly and did not explain any of the procedures they were completing. The dentist who filled my two cavities did not say one word to me throughout the entire appointment - no greeting, no explanation of her work, no information about what I needed to do after the appointment. Also, the office was completely unwilling to set up any sort of payment plan after my insurance would not cover all of my dental work, and threatened to send me to collections immediately if I did not pay my balance in full.\r \r I recently switched to a new dental office due to the poor care provided at Bayview Dental, and I was informed that both of the fillings that were done at Bayview Dental were done incorrectly (the dentist left space between the filling and my tooth, thus leaving me open to further decay and infection) and I now need to have both fillings re-done at my new dental office. \r \r I would NOT recommen more

Took 2 months to get in this place for my son and I. When we got to our appointment they told me they didnt accept my insurance. Nice job a**holes. Staff doesnt speak much english either. Never would I go there again. more

Not my ideal 9/21/2007

I did not like how pushy the staff was. I felt l was just a means for them to get to my insurance money. I did not want x-rays of my 4 and 6 year children's heads taken, but I was told we would not be treated unless we had those done. I left. They also filled cavities in my mouth so small the next dentist I went to thought it unnecessary. more

Good dentists 6/7/2006

There are several dentists at this office and therefore it is always easy to make an appointment. I have been to others where I literally had to wait months to do so. They also helped me out with getting additional insurance and so I ended up paying very little out of my own pocket for a lot of dental work my husband and myself needed. more

A Dentist I Trust 8/28/2005

After several years of not going to the dentist I found Bay View Dental Care. I called and they were extremely helpful. I got an appointment within a reasonable time and they accepted my insurance. I have a phobia of dentists since I was little and smashed my face on the bathroom sink. But the staff and dentists were very professional, personal and comforting. I explained that I had this phobia and they worked with me. I pay a small co-pay and actually like going to the dentist now. I high recommend them for any/all your dental care needs. PROS: clean, friendly, honest, professional, personal CONS: more
