Yesterday my daughter and I went to Barnes and Nobles. I went to the customer service desk and asked for a book, the lady took me straight to it and handed it to me. Very nice! Then my daughter and I were looking for her a Thanksgiving book and another associate came up and asked if we needed help. They were very friendly and eager to help! more

childrens tuesday story time program 6/28/2005

we have been going to the tuesday am children story time at this store and it's great... they are so much fun for the kids... keep up the good work thanks alot - Debby more

Good selection 6/10/2005

This location is very clean and the staff is helpful. There is even a Starbucks located inside. The only issue I have had with them is if you call in and have the staff order a book that they don't have in stock it sometimes doesn't get ordered. more

Barnes and Noble is a customer oriented business. They provide great service. They will do everything they can to get you the book you are looking for. The place is clean and well organized too. more
