They know everything! They have so many vacuums, and will beat any price by 10.00, even internet deals. They service everything they sell (hoover, eureka, panasonic, dirt devil, sharp, royal, simplicity, KIRBY, miele, rainbow, oreck, sanyo, and bissell). You can try out before you buy, get a loner while they fix yours, trade in your old one for a new one, and they run great sales all the time! VERY CLEAN, friendly, knowledgable. more
