Maybe this is too little data to go on, but I've tried to eat at this restaurant for lunch three times and only found it open once. One time the staff was on vacation, and there was a posted notice about it, but the other time it was quite inexplicable. It was a perfectly normal hour, there was no note, and it was within their usual operating hours. Very strange.
Anyway, I'd go there more often, because the potato I had there was tasty, but I'm now always worried that I'll get my hopes up for a potato and then be denied.
