If you're looking for some cheap and good food while you're in downtown Flint, then check out Bailiwick Pub and Grill. The menu is fun with a legal theme tying all the food in together. While it's only open for breakfast and lunch, you can't beat the prices. Depending on what you order, you can definitely have lunch for 2 for less then $12. Every day there's a different theme, and I personally enjoyed the Mexican food on Wednesdays (I believe). The enchiladas were great, and a lunch plate only cost around $4.50. Everything was homemade, so it's beats going to a fast food joint. Go early on Thursdays at seems that the Middle Eastern themed day is quite popular...it was almost impossible to get a table. While the soda fountain is a little watered down, the food is homemade and reasonably priced. It's definitely worth a look!
