I had to use this company because of my Frigidaire Warranty, the serviceman who first came evaluated the problem with the icemaker and during that time he used a heat blower to defrost a fan in the back of the frig. When he did that he melted the cover plate, he left saying he had to order a part to fix the icemaker. The second repairman who came to the house to install the ice maker part, noticed the melted coverplate on the fan and had to order that part so the refrig, still didn't get fixed, the third time the service man who came (the original one who melted the coverplate) came to fix the icemaker. When he left, I was wiping down the icemaker and the face plate moved, so I ran out to catch him to come back inside, he took the face plate off and told me he had broken the plastic piece that the screw goes into to hold it taught. So he had to order another piece. This place is terrible at customer service, the office personnel is not responsive to requests (asking the service man who breaks things not come back). They never cooperated in fixing the face plate, it is still broken and they did not respond to BBB complaints. Be ware in using this company, I never will gain and have complained to my warranty company. more

Not good CS or Fix! 8/30/2011

This company was sent to us via our Home Warranty company. The customer service was what you would expect if you weren't paying for the service. The workman, a very kind man - albeit not able to complete the job - has been to our house 3 times. Each time, even though the HW was covering, the person on the phone informed us we needed a new work order (we pay $60 for each one). The second to final call, to ask for the workman to come back and complete the fix, ended in rudeness and a hang up. The final was to inform this business that my HW would be sending a new company to fix the problem - at no charge. Again, the phone call ended with rudeness and and a hang up. Thank goodness for a great HW company!!! more
