I've been going to Arizona Asthma and Allergy for about 7 years. Their offices are clean; their staff is helpful and professional, and I've never had any difficulties with them. If you get allergy shots, you don't have to have an appointment to get your shot. You just go in during their office hours. Their documentation of each visit is impeccable and professional.

Banner Thunderbird is an excellent facility and hosptial. What a great experience! All the staff were really nice and helpful from the nurses all the way down to anyone who passed me in the hall. They are a Magnet hosptial-one of only 200 in the country! This means that they have one of the highest nursing excellence awards possible! I was impressed from beginning to end with this facility and highlty recommend it to anyone and everyone!! Good healthcare is so hard to find-what a nice change to our expectations!!

I tried this doctor's office out with my child a few years ago. Now the waiting room and offices were all very nice... They are nicely decorated and well maintained and clean. The staff was always nice and pleasant too. However even after seeing several doctors in the office I never found one that I felt actually listened to what I was saying. They never went the extra step and took the time to answer all my questions. I never had a bad experience I just never felt comfortable talking to the doctors and all. I always felt like they were just rushing and pushing us in and out and on our way.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. From the first moment I felt comfortable. My questions and concerns were addressed. I have availed myself of the sauna, colon hydrotherapy and foot detox bath. Since starting there, my energy has increased, skin has cleared up and I've lost 15 pounds! It's like a healthy escape from the stress of the every day routine.

I had surgery at Banner Thunderbird on March 11th. The staff at the women's center were great!! My son broke his wrist on April 6th and was sent to the peds area since he is 17. The entire staff, especially Barbara, were awesome!! He was a big kid in a great place. They let his racing group in and let them stay as long as needed. I recommend this hospital to everyone!! Thanks Jane and all the others who made our stay great!!!

I took my daughter to this office because she had reoccuring ear infections. I wanted more information and options for her ears. I did not go in to the office just asking to get tubes in her ears. The office got short and frustrated with me and my daughter because she kept crying and was uncooperative. What do you expect from an infant where there is a new doctor trying to check her out though! The doctor looked her over very briefly and then said she would make a good canidate for tubes and then just tried to sell me on tubes that were very costly. He wasn't open to discussing other options or anything else. Then they had the schedule lady call and tell me when her surgery was scheduled and I hadn't even decided if that's what our plan was yet. I just felt like they were pushy and just wanted to make money not like they actually cared about my child. Also the office was not very clean...

Dr. Robert Phillips was my doctor when I pregnant with my son. He has the best bedside manner and truly cared about his patients. His assistant returned phone calls very quickly and you always felt so welcome in their office. I would not hesitate to go to him again. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Mark Jensen for over ten years now and he has never caused me pain. He does the cleaning himself and he never digs so deep that you can't eat anything crunchy for days with out pain. I have eaten popcorn after a cleaning without pain. He has done crowns, fillings, even fixed a broken tooth and never caused pain - he has relieved my pain an few times though. If your afraid of the dentist - don't be. This dentist is great.

We went to Joe Bryant Orthodontics for braces for my son. They have a great atmosphere there for children. They have nintendo, televisions, books, etc for the kids to do while waiting. I found the price to be a little high, but I guess that is anywhere for braces. I would still recommend them to others.
