Worst

The hot water will continue to go out unexpectedly. Frustrating when you are getting ready for work. They told me 2 years ago the BBQs would be replaced, that has never happened...

Avoid their properties!! 3/4/2007

I am a tenant at one of their apartment complexes. The staff there is uncaring and abusive. Avoid their properties like the plague! If you make your home one of their facilities, it will bring nothing but hartache and frustration. Pros: No broken windows. Cons: Uncaring staff just doing their job. Unfortunately this is my home. more
