Worst

This car was is very small. I wasn't really happy with the service I received here. They actually forgot to clean one of the rims of my car. I came here around 12 in the afternoon...

Do Not Bother. . . 4/17/2008

Do not bother with this car wash. The wash is the worst one yet. The driveway is so steep you will grind the front end of your car unless you dirve a Hummer. The staff makes you feel like it is a privilage for you to get your wash there. They don't even provide you with a dcent place to wait for your car to be washed. You will be pointed to a bunch of plastic chairs that seem to have been there since the 30's and you will be sitting in the side of the lot under a tree which works as the shade. Pros: I can't think of any. Cons: Poor customer service, confrontational manager, no care in handling cars. more

If you love your car, don't bring it here! 4/17/2008

This car wash ruined my car. My car was scratched after they drove it into the wash but no one in the place wanted to take responsibility. They had cameras that can be reviewed but they will not review it with the customer. The on site assistant manager, Sindy, would only review the tape behind closed doors. when she finished, she did not want to share what she found out and referred me to the manager Robert who was totally unwillling to help. Cons: Antiquated equipment, terrible customer service, haphazard handling of cars. more

Best Hand Carwash in Southern California 9/9/2007

My family and I have been getting our cars cleaned at the Antique Car Wash for over 25 years. The service is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. Once you drive onto the lot the customer's needs are number one. The customer is treated to a thorough cleaning process from start to finish, from the vacuming process to the end process of ""armor-alling"" ones tires. The workers are friendly and have an obvious sense of strong work ethic. There is a sense of family and continuity that is thoroughly refreshing which is I recommend THE ANTIQUE CAR WASH to friends and family. Pros: Service, personal care, honesty more

Hand Wash 6/10/2002

My car is cleaned, carpets vaccuumed, windows washed and my tires are shined. I am never disappointed when I drive away from this place. There can be a bit of a wait on the weekends. more
