Carlos came by our home on June 18th to fix our window screens... he did an amazing job... worked really hard for us, and had a smile on his face the entire time... he even did some paint work around an area that left marks when the install was done...\r \r Once he left, my husband found something wrong with one of the windows (wouldn't close easily) and Carlos was more than happy to drive back (he was about 10 minutes away from our home).\r \r You've got great people working for American Vision Windows. more

We selected AVW to upgrade all of the windows (11 regular windows, and 8 custom trapazoid windows) and two French Doors in our home. They did great work, they cleaned up at the end of every day. They were on time in the morning. If there was any question about what I wanted done - they asked. Like any home owner I've had my bad experiences with home repairs and contractors. I would recommend AVW to any home owner, they do quality work using a quality product. more

We have had a great experience with American Vision Windows! We replaced all the windows and sliding door in our house about three years ago. We have been happy with them every single day since, they block out outside noise, keep out the cold in the winter and keep in the air conditioning in the summer. We recently had an issue with the handle of the sliding door coming loose. I figured I would have to fix it myself or pay someone to fix it. I called American Vision and they were more than happy to help. They sent someone right out. Everyone I have dealt with from American Vision has been happy, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way! Thank you American Vision Windows!!! more

We had American Vision windows put in our house recently. The house is old and we are trying to upgrade a lot of things. We wanted something that would match the color scheme and still look good. We got several windows including 3 semi-circular windows. They made windows for those that worked perfectly. One opening was not very circular and they still made the new window fit. We also got 2 sets of French doors. One set was in a new opening where a bay window had been before. Those doors are working fine. The people who came to install the windows were great. Very professional and left the house looking as clean as before. I am waiting for winter rains, but so far everything is wonderful. more

my mother and i had anlin windows put in our home in 2006 and completely love the windows and the work that american vision windows did in our house. then about 2 months ago i noticed that the some of the trim was falling off of a couple of windows, so i contacted the santa clara office were i spoke to the service personal. they had an installer out at our house the next week to fix the flat trim falling off of the windows and even checked all of our other windows for problems. we had been actually meaning to call the office to get a quote for other windows that we wanted to replace and found this the perfect time to ask about it. they then sent out a sales representative to our house who gave us a quote for more anlin windows, which were a great price so we decided to purchase. we are very happy with this company. more

He walked me through the complete procedure of selecting best window and then provided a generous offer that I could not resist. this window company is really great and reliable. i replaced all of the windows and door in my home with them and am very happy with the product. all of the materials and labor also came with a lifetime warrenty, which you dont find very much anymore. i there is ever a problem you can call into the office and they will take care of it right away. recently i broke one of my handles and i called in to the office and they had someone out to look at it within 2 days, and had to order a new one. the new one was delivered and replaced within 1 week. i am very thank full. more

I first called american vision windows when i realized that my 60 year old windows were beginning to leak. the first person that answered the phone was very polite and told me all about the products that the company offered, which was not only windows but that also offer garage doors and even solar panels. I only chose the windows but was glad that they offered all of those other things because if i ever needed those services they would be available to me. i was also excited to see that they offered triple pane windows because i had heard that those were the best on the market. so next they sent the sales gentleman to my house who was also so great. he knew so very much about the windows that the company offered. he even knew the exact amount of light that my new windows would let into my home. which i thought was amazing becasause it is so technical. i then decided to purchase 6 windows. after i purchased the windows they sent out the measure tech to my house who knew even more about windows than the sales rep did and i was just amazed at that point because i didnt think there was that much that went into windows. after they did the measure it took about 3 weeks for my windows to be ordered and delivered to their facility. which is when i recieved a call from another very knowledgeable man, whom scheduled my installation. when the window installers came out i was once again amazed because the man who came out had been with the company for a long time and could not have done a better installation of my windows. then a few weeks ago i noticed that one of my windows was broken. i was quite upset because i did not know how it happened. i immediately called the office and spoke with the service manager who was also extremely polite and told me that she would be calling the manufacturer to see if they would replace it for me. after a few days i was told that they manufacterurer would not fix it and that it was not covered under warranty. but then after a few phone calls later, we were able to work the situation out and american vision windows will be replacing the glass on my one window. it will be completed by the end of next week and i cant wait. but i know that everything will be ok and run smoothly because this is a great company and everything they do goes smooth. thank you very much american vision windows for all of your hard work. more

Not only do they do an outstanding job with the installation. The whole experience from the simple free inhome estimate to the installation is just a pleasant experience. They care for their customers and go above and beyond in there customer service. Love it love it!!! more

I have contracted american vision windows to do two different project in my home and i have had really great experiences with this company. The product is great quality and the customer service is also the best i could ask for. The sales guy has always been very polite.Tthere were two different times that i needed to have my patio doors fixed and i called into the office to yhe service department and they send someone out to my house within a few days and take care of the problem. I really appreciate that quick response because usually it takes most companys a long time to take care of any issues. This whole company is very convenient to deal with. more

The reason I selected American Vision Windows was because of the people who are American Vision Windows? employees. The customer service, sales personnel, order service and office personnel, and installers were easy and pleasant to work with. All my questions and then some were answered immediately with the assurance of satisfaction. From the arrival of the first American Vision Windows representative, Peter, and the follow on final measurement by Geronimo, it was the people that made the sale a comfortable and confident experience. After the order was signed I changed my mind and decided to modify the size of the kitchen window and this was done at no extra charge. And, I found the payment schedule to be accommodating and easy to meet. Following a call from Oscar to schedule the job, American Vision Windows replaced/installed a kitchen and two bedroom windows and a sliding patio door in five hours with three workers Not only was the work done in a short time but it was completed with care and quality. Each window was finished with attention to detail as each window was sealed and finished with a seamless border. Mark and Darren worked on the two bedroom windows with Darren doing the finish work while Mark concentrated on installing the patio door with Michael. I was especially pleased with the replacement of the kitchen window which was modified to a smaller size. The crew leader, Michael, installed the new window with a top appointment box that showed off the new window and dressed up the outside of the house. Just finished changing out 44 windows and 4 French Doors and a triple car garage and I can't believe how professional, polite, and craftsman-like everyone was!!! From the knowledgeable salesman to the remeasure tech, to the office staff and to the installers, everyone was so on top of their game. In four days they totally transformed my home! The triple pane windows are awesome to look at and the resulting cooling effect on high intensity sunlight areas is absolutely amazing!! But the topper was the garage. From beatup tiltup garage doors to beautiful insulated steel rollups (with energy efficient windows inserted!) and battery backup LiftMaster motors that were hundreds of dollars less then Costco!! The net effect of all this work is the beauty and value added to my home while making it so much more comfortable to live in. You can probably tell I'm excited !! I reviewed a half dozen companies, most were cheaper and one was more expensive, but none had everything I wanted in one location and most importantly-none had triple panes!! I will be going to them again in a couple of months to have Hunter-Douglas Shutters installed throughout!! I can't say enough good things about American Vision. They exceeded my wildest expectations!! more

I looked at several types of windows, looked at ratings for the windows also. This company had so many to choose from, but the sales rep made it easy to narrow it down. The windows were installed , they look good and I can feel the difference in the house, not as drafty in the windows, and cooler in the summer. Thanks more

I had my windows replace in Salinas. The windows were triple pane windows. They look great!! The sales guy explained everything about the windows. they were a bit more then the others but well worth it. The installers were very good and clean. more
