When I called up for a quote for new homeowners insurance, I was asked about existing insurance products. I told them I was happy with my current insurance company, but needed homeowners ins. The broker said that my insurance was ""a product of convenience and we will not write it unless you transfer everything to us"". Avoid unless you want to get pressured into giving them all ins products.
