All Tune & Lube

I want to All Tune & Lube on a recommendation from a friend. I wasn't sure what to expect going there, but I was thinking I might get the same old 'national chain' service. This was not the case. The shop feels more like an independently owned one, and the staff actually talks to you and makes you feel at home. I went in for an oil change, and they had me in and out of there in 17 minutes, including taking my payment. They also recommended some service that I had to do, but also SHOWED me the parts that had worn out under the car. They explained why it occurred, and what causes these types of issues. No mechanic has ever taken the time to do that. They explained the time-line in which I should get my repairs done, & what was a priority. I was very impressed by this, and now take both of my cars there. I've recommended All Tune & Lube to my family and friends, and they too are satisfied. Usually in the service industry you can get 2 of 3: Good, Fast or Cheap. At All Tune & Lube you get all three! Very surprised & satisfied- and a customer for life. Thanks guys! more

I have been to many places for oil changes thru-out the years. Usually it's a no-brainer; change the oil, pay the guy. After my oil was changed they summoned from the waiting room to the garage. Having tropical fish and a 25" TV set and letting me play with the remote should have been the clues right there. Big surprise, they recommended many things I should buy or do to have my car running at the peak performance. Thank God I had the wisdom to decline their services I paid $25 for my oil change,( you can even do better than that). When I spoke to someone I could actually trust about all their recommendations, they told me flat out their quotes were at least three times higher than it should be, their labor price was over $20 per hr. higher than anyone in town and the topper of them all, most of the things they suggested I need done were unneccessary. If you want to go to them for an oil change, have them do that and split. If you need repair work done folks, go somewhere else! more
