All Pro Collision

WOW!!!! when i got my van back i was in awe!!!! its amazing what these guys can do. i had recently purchased my caravan and i had some idiot slam into the front left side . as you can see in my picture there is no way to tell that it was ever hit :-) these guys did such great work with the paint you cant even tell that it was painted!!!! The Staff is very Friendly and they even washed and vacuumed my car. the main reason why i recommend them so much is, unlike other shops, they gave me a price break on my deductible. any way work-10 customer service-10 overall 10/10 more

Okay so i had taken my car to several chain body shops and realized for the amount of work i was getting done on my car it might not be worth getting it fixed. So i tried going to one more and i looked online and found All Pro Collision . so i took my car to and them and and there estimate was almost $400 cheaper !!!!! 2 weeks went by and i got my car back ...... this is why they got 4 stars instead of 5 . From my understanding when you take a car to a body shop to get repaired they are suppose to clean and vacuum the inside and these guys didn't vacuum my back seats!!! :-( other then that the price and the body work was amazing !!! i would definitely recommend then to all of my friends and family but just remind them to vacuum my whole car and not just the front seats. more

talk about body work!!!!! i don't know why this place doesn't have more star and to the people that gave this place a bad review you should know that its been under new management for a while now i 'm not 100% since when but i had absolutely no problem with them. i ran my car into a wall(by accident) and my insurance recommended All Pro Collision LLC and as soon as i got there they were very friendly and explained to me every step that they were going to take to fix my car!!!! so im happy to say that i would recommend All Pro Collision anyday more

i recently got my car back from All pro collision. the work fantastic 10/10 and the time 9/10. The reason being it took them an extra day then originally planned but i give 5 stars any way because it literally looks like it never happened!!! i am very pleased that i got my car back and ill see about uploading pics to the site. Very professional and easy to communicate with! Did a great job and was very quick at finishing the job. I had my car repaired before by the shop the insurance company recommended and the work was sub-par to say the least. I was happy to see that it looks like new this time. If you want a shop that works for you and not the insurance company, call these guys! They fix it right and arent trying to just save the insurance company money. Flat out, a great experience. more

Today is the 49th day that this shop has had my car!!!Voicemail is not set up, fax machine frequently answers instead of a human, he said he'd give me updates every couple of days and has only called me a few times in 49 days, and he gives different stories to the ""at fault's"" insurance agent, my insurance agent, and to me. I'm very disappointed in the performance of this shop and will NEVER tell anyone to trust them for repair.\r \r Part Two: \r Sorry all, for the mass email. ~Brandi\r \r Use All Pro Collision on Central Ave. in Kent at your own risk. I will never trust them to do anything to any vehicle ever again.\r \r I was involved in an accident at the beginning of January. Due to the fact that I have never had to have body work done on a car, I took a recommendation on a body shop. The recommendation was for All Pro in Kent. \r \r 2 months=8 weeks=56 calendar days=48 business days=432.5 business hours later:\r The car smells of fumes. The entire interior is covered in white dust - in the glove box, in the vents, all over the upholstery, the shift/break console, the carpets...EVERYWHERE. \r The driver's door doesn't shut unless you slam it.\r The paint doesn't match from the front bumper to the doors.\r The dark stripe detail on the door isn't the right color....\r The black paint on the window frame is lumpy.\r The back, driver's side door has two indented flaws in the paint.\r There's a textured, raised line in the paint on the back, side hatchback section....Which didn't even need to be repaired.\r The estimated list of repairs does not appear to be completed.\r \r I returned my rental yesterday (3/5/10) and sat in his shop until he was ""done""...Since I had seen the day before that the car was finally reassembled, I wasn't going to allow him to keep my car any longer.\r \r However, the work is not done and what has been done has not been done well. \r \r Please do not trust All Pro Collision on Central Avenue in Kent with any of your body shop needs. This place took over 5 weeks to fix my car which he said it would be done in a week and charged me quite a bit more than the estimate. I'll never go there again. Cons: took too long and more money more
