The first time my family and I walked into the store we liked them and decided to buy the dresses there. Later, every time a member of the bridal party walked into the store they couldn't find any of the paper work with the dress info. This was mainly due to one employee who obviously had no clue what she was doing. This employee had a serious serious attitude problem. We spent $2,000 on a dress before they were going out of business, when we asked about the alterations she basically said too bad for you, you have to go and pay to get them else where. Completely horrible service!! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go to this store (if they reopen later or move). I wouldn't recommened this place to my worst enemy.!!! Pros: ?? I loved just about everything about this shop. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice girl. It happened to be her first day, but that was ok by me. We learned quite a bit together. One of the owners helped her with any questions I had that she didn't know the answers too yet. And I could tell the owner loved helping her new girl. They have the best choices in gowns I found in town. I didn't think the prices were bad at all. I tried on dresses from about $800. to $3,000. I've seen cheaper in town, but the quality was cheaper too. You get what you pay for. They let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. They even chose some for me. As a matter of fact the one I bought was one the owner picked out for me to try on. I have been to their store about seven times. Three until I bought my dress, and four more since to show friends. They always welcome me, and don't treat me like a pest.It has been a little busy at times, but that can't be helped. Plus they have just started with new clerks to fix some of their past customer service problems. When I go there, I feel like family, not just someone they are trying to get money from. I would and have recommended them to anyone I know who is getting married. I would also recommend the person they have that does custom invitations. Her stuff is beautiful too.\r When you go there, just have fun and relax. They will treat you great. Remember most of the girls are pretty new, but very sweet. Pros: everything. I noticed the earlier review and thought I should put my two cents in too. The prices at All About You are in the middle range. There are tons of dresses under $1000 and some all the way up to $6000 most are in the $1100 to $1600 range (pretty average). They are pretty busy on Saturdays and I too would recommend an appointment. Even though they were really busy and my sales associate worked with more that one bride, I had more than one sales person helping me. They all seamed to work together as a team, it was kind of nice getting the help of many. They were all helping pick dresses that they thought would look good on me. I loved the atmosphere! I loved the dresses and I really think price shouldn't be the only factor. I would check it out even if you are on a budget...they do have off the floor dresses marked down tons...I think I saw some as low as $200. Pros: More to choose from than anywhere else in town more

Avoid this place at all costs if you have any type of a budget. The sales people are very friendly and they do have a beautiful selection of dresses but they start at more than $1000. I also suggest making an appointment as they didn't have enough sales people to help everyone and my sales girl kept disappearing to help other customers. The first time I went was on a Saturday. I did have an appointment. I would suggest you do because people were waiting for rooms and consultants because they were so busy. It is so worth it though. The staff at All About You was great. They really work as a team.Once you start telling them the styles you like, they go crazy trying to find you the dress you are dreaming about. Whats even better, they are not pushing you to buy right away. I came back a week later after looking at a couple of other stores that were just a waste of time. I bought a beautiful gown that I even got to make special changes on. So now it's my special dress. They have everything there from custom invitations to tuxedos. Attire for the whole wedding party too. There are some new girls there, but the owners were there to help with any questions they had. I just cant think of a reason to go anywhere else. I could tell they really cared that you were having a nice experience. The personal thank you card I received from my consultant Kari was special too. Even under pressure with a packed store things seemed to run smooth. I couldn't be happier. Pros: great customer service and selection Cons: nothing more

I went in last thursday with my mother, and it was the first day I had started looking at wedding gowns with my mom. Carrie Ann immediately greeted us when we walked into the store and encouraged me to try on any and as many gowns as I wanted, even though I told her a wedding date wasn't even set yet. She was also very diligent in bringing them over to the dressing room and getting my room started. After trying on about 7 gowns I finally found one that was flattering on my figure and most likely will be the one. I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was inconveniencing her. She even offered my mom and I a bottle of water. This was such a huge contrast to the service I had received from another bridal salon just 30 minutes prior to stopping by All about you bridal galleria. I highly recommend this bridal salon. They have over 200 gowns, a huge selection of really beautiful, gorgeous gowns. Pros: Excellent Customer Service, Big store, great selection, beautiful and high quality gowns, there is ample parking more

This is the first stop I made as a new bride. I had 2 appointments that day, and never made it to the second one, because I didn't want to leave this store. The customer service is unbeatable. I was treated like THE only bride in the world! I was allowed to try on as many dresses as I wanted to, which is great, because some other places set a limit, which is not condusive to finding THE PERFECT dress. I did find the perfect dress, and I couldn't be happier. I also found all my accessories, bridesmaids dresses, tuxedo's, vendors, invitations...everything! This store has great selection, for everything you'll need. I have made great friends with all the staff, as they really make you feel like part of the family. They've all gone out of their way to help make your lifetime event perfect and the whole experience unforgettable. Alterations were great, the woman who does the alterations is a miracle worker, she had to make some pretty drastic changes to a bridesmaids dress, when my bridesmaid had gained a little weight. This bridal store is amazing. All of the people working there have always made me feel like a special bride. Even when my original clerk moved, the other girls knew who I was. To say any of them are rude is not true. I have seen them deal with very nasty people when I have been in there. I have been in this store many times and bought everything through them. Invitations, bridesmaids dresses, my moms dress and even tuxes. There is no reason to go to any other store. Everything turned out perfect, even all of our alterations. She is a crazy nice lady. I know why this bridal shops wins award after award! They are wonderful. Every time I have been in this store someone says hello with a smile, and most times know exactly who I am. I've worked with just about everyone in the store and they are all very sweet. I found a perfect gown, but still felt the need to shop around, I did, and went directly back to All About You. The store is beautiful, clean and wide open. I could walk around and look in several different mirrors to see different lighting. I love it! I do have to admit, it is a bit overwhelming and crowded on Saturdays, but if you make an appointment they will take care of you. Good luck to you all and don't go anywhere else! I had the best experience at All About You and I would refer anyone there. First off, they have wonderful customer service. Everytime I went in i felt like I was going to hangout with friends, ALL of the girls there were great and they all knew who I was and what my dress was and everything. They had the best customer service out of all the stores I had been to in Las Vegas and the girls all knew what they were talking about and gave true opinions. Like the reviews before I never felt pushed to purchase something that day, because a bridal gown purchase is such a BIG choice! Second, they had a huge gown selection and I don't know how anyone could go in there and not find anything they liked. I was able to customize my gown with one of their designers so it was specifically made to my preference. Last, they gave me discounts not only on everything I needed but gave my groom a free tux rental AND great referrals to other vendors in the area. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs not only a bridal gown but any other things for their wedding! Pros: Great service and selection and FUN! more

My name is Tara , I am one of the owners at All About You and would like to respond to the former complaint by the disgruntled Mother of the bride(MOB). In business, as heartbreaking as it may be, I have learned that we cannot please 100% of the people 100% of the time. This particular complaint is a bit frustrating, and although thisMOB feels her complaint is valid, we feel it is not. When she entered our store she was greeted politely by Laura, and asked about the event date; everthing in our store is special order and shipment take time. When Laura discovered an early date she informed Ms. MOB that she would need to ""rush"" an item to get it here in time. This is not a punishment to her as an idividual, but a standard in the industry. Laura sensed the customers adversion to her and asked Molly to step in. Ms. MOB did not request an new sales associate, nor at anytime complain about Laura or the service we provided. She insists she had poor service yet made a significant purchase anyway. Never did this customer ask to speak to a manager, owner, or someone she could express her concerns to. During her fitting she was very unpleasant to Laura, and continued to voice her opinions of our service very loudly and boldly insult us in front of other customers by making it very clear she was unhappy. This activity prompted my partner to approah MOB and ask why she felt she had a bad experience hoping that there was something we could do to rectify the problem. The MOB could not answer, she only stated that she makes ""six figures"" and has worked in retail for 40 years and would continue to tell everyone she met not to come here.\r \r I was here when MOB picked up her gown, she did not complain to me, or ask to speak to someone regarding her concern, only preceeded to tell another customer that she had to pick up her dress because she had a dream that the owners spilled bleach on it . \r \r How do you please a customer like this?\r \r \r \r \r \r Pros: Service, Selection, a wonderful experience more

The Good first, MOB dress selction fair to good, prices, expensive $$$$. Service, the first person who greeted us was not positive, she was negative in her approach, the first thing I was told before I got to look at any dress, was, ""Their will be a late charge because you are ordering late"". The wedding is 5-24-08 and we started about March 15th. I ask for a new sales person, Holly, SHE WAS AWESOME. Now for the alteration, the lady who does the alterations is AWESOME ALSO. When I came back in for my fitting after the first alteration, I said Oh no, the under skirt is longer than top layer. Then the original sales lady who talked about late charges came over, and said what is the matter, I said the underskirt is too long, and she said Where???, I don't see anuything wrong, Then it got not so nice. The OWNER comes over and said we will not fit you, unless you come back with your shoes, I said okay, then the owner proceeding to tell me that I am AN AWEFUL AND UN-HAPPY PERSON.. I told her I would never refer anyone.. Never once did you offer to try and difuse the situation. For the prices, the owner is not grateful for business. She is into insults. My dress cost $488.00, plus $140.00 for alterations. Total $628.00 to be told that I AM A AWEFUL PERSON. Think twice before you go here, unless you like being insulted by the OWNER.. Her business is slow and now I can see why, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS FROM THE OWNER. WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IN SLOW TIMES, IT CAN DIFFICULT. REFERRALS MAKE OR BREAK A BUSINESS..... I'll pray for this owner and her help, that they get on track. This is one of the few Bridal shops I visited in Vegas that I felt at ease at. I did not have an appointment and it was no big deal. I had the full attention of Courtney the enitre time. I saw the review below commented on her as well. She is really great, and every time I visited she remembered all the small things we talked about and asked about them. I really loved a dress I saw on a casablanca website that they didnt have in there store. They had a sample dress shipped so I could try it on. I did have to pay $50 for the shipping, but since I purchased the dress there they took the $50 off my total. The place is very clean, and spacious. I loved how helpful they were without being pushy. It took me 4 visits to decide and I never once felt the need to get the dress that day. and they add a FREE tux for your groom! Prices compare to other places and the service is the best out of all the shope I went to. Pros: The entire experience...something that can be very stressful is not here! more

I went to four other places before coming here and they were the best in everything. Courtney helped me and she is amazing. The boutique is clean and feels upscale. The dress racks are not overcrowded like some places, and were aranged by style not size which was nice. There prices are very reasonable, and I did not feel pressured once to buy a dress that day like i did at a couple other places. I could say a million great things about this place. I would recommend making this your 1st and last shop. they have such a great variety that you probably wouldnt feel the need to go anywhere else. I have never had such a wonderful experience!!! The girls at All About You were so helpful. I found my perfect wedding dress, plus bridesmaids dresses. The store is very elegant, yet they are not snobby.They will help with any planning of your wedding. My groom is getting his tux there along with his guys too.They are the best!!!
