The Good first, MOB dress selction fair to good, prices, expensive $$$$. Service, the first person who greeted us was not positive, she was negative in her approach, the first thing I was told before I got to look at any dress, was, ""Their will be a late charge because you are ordering late"". The wedding is 5-24-08 and we started about March 15th. I ask for a new sales person, Holly, SHE WAS AWESOME. Now for the alteration, the lady who does the alterations is AWESOME ALSO. When I came back in for my fitting after the first alteration, I said Oh no, the under skirt is longer than top layer. Then the original sales lady who talked about late charges came over, and said what is the matter, I said the underskirt is too long, and she said Where???, I don't see anuything wrong, Then it got not so nice. The OWNER comes over and said we will not fit you, unless you come back with your shoes, I said okay, then the owner proceeding to tell me that I am AN AWEFUL AND UN-HAPPY PERSON.. I told her I would never refer anyone.. Never once did you offer to try and difuse the situation. For the prices, the owner is not grateful for business. She is into insults. My dress cost $488.00, plus $140.00 for alterations. Total $628.00 to be told that I AM A AWEFUL PERSON. Think twice before you go here, unless you like being insulted by the OWNER.. Her business is slow and now I can see why, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS FROM THE OWNER. WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IN SLOW TIMES, IT CAN DIFFICULT. REFERRALS MAKE OR BREAK A BUSINESS..... I'll pray for this owner and her help, that they get on track. Best Wishes and Good Luck
