Excellent customer care 4/1/2011

Warmest regards I would like to say a special thank you for your wonderful, compassionate care for ALL of my visits in your office. I know I am a tough patient - basically scared to death - and you make it easy. This experience certainly gives me a first hand perspective on what it is like to be on the receiving end of all aspects of dentistry!!! I have found my Dentist! The entire staff is incredible. The Dr. talks to in terms that you can understand and will take the time to explain things to you. more

Dr. Alijanian was just a dear. I was impressed in the time spent with me and explaining the procedure clearly and comforting me after it was finished. Everything I could ask for in a Dentist. The staff was just as wonderful. more

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for kind and gentle care while receiving treatment theses past few months. Everyone in your office has been extremely professional, informative, and kind to me. Your staff and medical assistants always kindly informed me of what they were doing and why, even if it?s merely rinsing with water. This helps relieve my anxiety and fear. Everyone has answered my questions with patience and kindness even though you?ve probably answered my questions a million times before. Thank you! more

I've never been so at ease at a dental office, all the people were overly kind and gentle and I left there feeling very comfortable. The doctor himself is a joy to see, very caring for his patients, he's caring and yet so good at what he does. more

Referring others to you 2/14/2011

As a child I had a horrible experience with my dentist. He made me so terrified that I jumped out of the dental chair and hid behind the door. Since then, I've always had a fear of the dentist. In result, I dodged the dentist throughout my childhood and teenage years. In addition, I've experienced horrible pain from the growth of my wisdom teeth. After visiting your practice, I was able to complete the surgical removal of my wisdom teeth. You and your office were professional, kind, and made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. I want to thank you for making it easy for me. I wish I knew of your practice years ago. I've told my family and friends of my experience and will definitely refer others to you. more

I am very impressed 2/14/2011

I wanted to drop a note this morning and let you know that I was very impressed with my implant surgery that I had on Friday. I have had an implant before with another surgeon which went normally, but I am particularly impressed with how little pain and swelling I had this time with Dr. Alijanian. There was very little bleeding as well. I am at work this morning and did normal activities all weekend with no pain or discomfort. Of course I'm anxious for the time to pass so I can get my new permanent crown, but if it wasn't for having to wear the stayplate I couldn't tell I had anything done. I am very impressed and pleased with Dr. Alijanian's skills, and the courtesy and professionalism of his entire staff. more

I went here- though their address is on civic center and phone number is 925-943-7587- when I had to have a terribly decaying and infected wisdom tooth surgically removed. more

What a positive experience 1/27/2011

I needed a wisdom tooth removed, it had broken off and very little was above the gum line. I was amazed how quickly Dr. A had the tooth out, my mouth was open for 30 seconds max, I could not believe it! I thought he needed to go back in, but he was done. What a positive experience, Dr. Alijanian's sense of humor and his staffs caring made the whole process simply amazing. more
