Excellent baseball! 12/16/2005

The Akron Aeros are a minor league ball team that makes for an entertaining experience. The stadium is new and is the basis of the downtown renovation project. The team has great players and the ball park makes you think you have returned to the 1930s. The ball park is build in the style of an old retro park. The services at the park are first rate. They have typical baseball food and extras. The parking is in the ballpark lot. If you go to an evening game, there is street parking if you arrive early. This team has heart and it is fun to watch them. The souvenirs are pretty pricey, however. more

Great for the price! 10/13/2005

The Akron Aeros are such a great team to watch and the stadium is so fun. The stadium is really nice for a minor league team. I honestly feel like I am at Jacobs Field when I am at the Aeros game. If you were looking to save money but attend a game, I would recommend the Aeros game. The food is major league prices so eat before you come! The crowd is great and the staff is outstanding! more

Great place to go 8/14/2005

Canal Park is a good place to take almost anyone, families, dates, large groups; it’s hard not to have a good time at an Aeros game. Most Fridays they have fireworks, too, which are almost worth the reasonable price of admission themselves. The stadium is much smaller than a major league park, which makes watching the game an entirely different experience. more

Amazing fun place to go, we go every year for the game and the after fireworks show. This place is a one of a kind, its small enough that its nice to be around. but gid enough to get the stadium feel. The players are not professional but they play rather well and they play for real not for money. This place is amazing. my whole family loves to go and have fun at this place. Great family trip. Don't forget to bring money for souvenirs more
