I went in for an eyebrow wax & facial. I asked the woman about the price for combining the wax & facial - they were pretty expensive independently. She decided to pluck my eyebrows and then do the facial, which was fine. But halfway through the first brow, she started coughing all over me. I was getting married in a few days - I didn't want to be rude, but I didn't want her to get me sick, either! She said she was on antibiotics and not contageous, but it was still pretty gross to be coughed all over! She finished the one eyebrow, gave up, and asked me to come back another day. I said I'd call later to reschedule. The weirdest part was that neither she nor the receptionist offered me any kind of incentive to return. If they'd given me a small gift certificate, I might have considered returning. They didn't, and I haven't.
Pros: None, from my experience.
Cons: No customer service.
