Great cleaning job but bookkeeping is a lot to be desired!! 8/24/2012

The carpet cleaning was excellent but I noticed on my credit card bill they charged me twice on 2 different days. When I called the company they told me the technician sent the charge through and the company did again the next day. They told me the one that was still pending would drop off but my bank told me Adelman's had to write a credit to get the hold off of my account. Now I have $300 in limbo....for this reason alone I would not use or recommend them again. Maybe they don't care about my $300 but I sure do!!! more

SHOWED UP LATE FOR ARRIVAL TIME. NO SENSE OF URGENCY FOR COMMERCIAL NEEDS AND OPENING TIME FOR BUSINESS. ONE BLOWER DRYER ONLY, NEEDED ABOUT FOUR. HAD TO MOVE THE ONE DRYER MYSELF JUST TO GET IT FROM WET TO VERY DAMP BEFORE CUSTOMERS WALKING ON IT AT OPEN OF BUSINESS. I AM SURE CARPETING IS CLEANER BUT LOOKS AWFUL DUE TO LACK OF PROPER DRY TIME AND RUSH,RUSH WORK. PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION BUT CARPET WAS NOT DRY FOR 24 HRS?? FOLLOW UP CALL 2 DAYS LATER SAID EVERYTHING WENT WELL, I SAID NO BUT HE WAS NOT TO CONCERNED. SHOW UP ON TIME ,KNOW YOUR JOB,BRING PROPER EQUIPMENT TO GET IN AND OUT WITH DRY CARPET BEFORE WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS WALKING ON IT! more

Good: Booked over internet & cleaned the next day. The two cleaners did and excellent job. Would use Adelman again. Bad: nothing. Improvements: no changes. more

Keep looking.... 3/3/2011

I used Adelman because they could come out the next day... bad idea! My carpet is SOAKED, not damp. Spots were missed, and honestly the carpet only looks marginally better. I called to let the company know and the receptionist was very rude and told me it was my fault because I didn't let her know the type of spots I had. I informed her she never asked and I didn't realize I needed to. Will never use again! more

Would NOT use again! 5/30/2010

Did a lousy job, (didn't remove spots and only did th emiddles of the rooms and missed the fronts of the steps). Plus, WAY overpriced-even overcharged us after an online quote. Were in and out in 20 minutes, but it was becuase they didn't do the entire job. more

Adelman carpet-not the best 5/29/2010

Good: Chose because they could come out the next day.. Bad: CHarged more when here than internet quote. Did not get room/hall all the way to walls-can see where they stopped before they got to the edges of the rooms. Were in and out in 20 minutes, and it shows. Spots not removed either. 168.00 for one small bedroom,steps & hall!. Improvements: Fair price, better work.. Other: Never again.. more

Simply the best cleaning ever 1/16/2010

Thank you Adelman! This was the best cleaning that I have ever had. I have used other cleaners in the past and Adelman is a far better cleaner. I would highly recommend them. more

Carpet cleaners that are quick! 7/29/2005

I had a flood of sewer junk at my business at about 8pm during the week. Adelman was there within the hour. They sucked up the nasty water. He steam cleaned it He then sanitized it. He sucked that up and sanitized it again. His work was thorough and well done. He even left me a fan to dry it overnight so I could be open the next day. more
