The atmosphere felt professional and looked very clean and organized. We left very happy with our purchase and that they were able to come to a deal that fit within our requirements. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a discrepancy in the price between what they told me when I went there in the morning versus what the same sales person had told me when I came back later that night, so it took some work to negotiate back to what I was expecting to pay. It was nice for them to offer our first oil change free, some places nickel and dime you for everything and anything, but not here, I felt like everyone was trying to be as accommodating as they could. The whole staff was very nice and explained everything well, especially the Finance Mgr, who I believe is named Linda - I could tell she had our best interest at heart financially.
