Very Satisfied 11/29/2013

I purchased a car approx. 3 weeks ago from Acura of Lynwood and I was quite pleased with how smoothly the entire process went. I would like to give kudos to Gabe, who was very professional, helpful and made things happen without me feeling pressured at any time through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and also steer them in Gabe's direction - he struck me as being very honest and the trust factor is very important when attempting to seal the deal. I bring my 1993 subaru legacy to this dealer for maintenance and troubleshooting, and I had a great experience with Cathy, the best service advisor in the world. Her communication was great and my car was done in a timely fashion. Also, Kerry, one of the technicians who does work on my car, was extremely knowledgable in explaining what the issue was (check engine). Will continue to bring my car here, and service it with Acura of Lynnwood. more

Service Department 11/21/2013

The service department was outstanding especially to Chris in parts and Cathy Schlegel in service. Your attention to customer service including performing the extra services and parts required on my Acura Mdx was expeditiously performed. Upon requesting the extra maintenance and repairs that were needed the Service department was able to complete regardless of the minimal notice time given. Cathy was excellent and providing a loaner vehicle both times and her exuberant customer skills makes the payment a little more palatable. Thank you. more

This is our 3rd Acura purchase at Acura Of Lynnwood. Anthony was great and the management at Acura is great. If I could offer one piece of advice for the service department...the phone call surveys and email surveys get a bit annoying. Just provide the great friendly service that you do and we will come back! Just like we always do! My Advance Package RLX is beautiful and practically drives it's self! more
