Called these guys about our washer and they had someone at my door in less than 30 minutes - great! Guy told me a switch needed to be repaired and he had the part in his car - also great! Had the washer running again in 10 minutes - three stars. Very nice service and I'm satisfied overall. Like other reviewers before me, I was also told they don't take credit cards and I had to write a check (minus a star). I was also overcharged on the amount I was quoted, but after I said something about it, the technician made it right.
