Service has become deplorable. Service tech recommended we spend $8000 to replace a furnace and AC unit because we finished sq footage in our basement and they couldn't handle the sq footage. Had problems ever since with the AC unit freezing up- 6 technicians in the last 2 weeks- many rude- no call backs, nothing done. Told today by Barb nothing is wrong all ACs freeze up if you try to set them to less than 72 degrees. B.S. Tech told us it should have been a 2nd AC and furnace- they screwed up and wont fix the mistake. Next email is to each real estate office saying beware and keep your clients away from Action Appliance.
