Businiess name:  Steam Cafe & Pizzeria

Review content:
i thoroughly enjoyed our two-hour pit stop at steam cafe. ours was a pretty simple table -- a cappuccino and an ice coffee -- so there wasn't a whole lot to mess up. but i have to give the place its props for the following reasons: first - we were up front about the fact that all we wanted was coffee, and they still let us take one of their (rather limited) patio tables. those tables were prime real estate today in dc, with the sun and warm temperatures. so i give them credit for letting our measly $7 order take up what could be a very lucrative table. second -- the staff is very friendly. all of them. i got the feeling it was a family-run place, but i might be wrong. when i told the waiter that we were going to be a cheap table he said "that's fine -- all we want is to make sure our customers are happy." score! third -- free wifi. fourth -- great location. dupont desperately needs more non-chain coffee shops and this one fits the bill very nicely. fifth -- the waiter was kinda cute! i'm a fan and will be back!
