Review content:
Kimball Hill builds some nice homes, but they are building them very slowly. They promise the house will be complete in 90 days but then don't have it complete for 6 months! They include most of the appliances and upgrades, but also hide it in the price. Their quality is decent, but they are very slow at building homes.
