To everyone, I worked at Everly I can not disclose my old position. However, Yes Everly did file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy with no assets. However, if you ordered from HSN you can get a refund from them. Basically they called all the employees into a conference room one day and just said we are winding down the business.We all lost out jobs. The fact of the matter is the members of the LLC made a lot of bad choices. There were other factors that came into play. I can not get into it because of the non-disclosure agreement we all signed. But here we are almost a year later and about 98% of the staff still haven't found another job. The product was a good product. Nevermind what the other exemployee wrote, There was a lot more involved than what he/she wrote. The fact of the matter is a lot of people loved what we did. But as I said if you ordered through HSN you can get a refund, and your pictures back.
