I've been converted. While my first visit was less than perfect, my experiences with staff and treatment since then have been wonderful, earning a revisit to this site. After my last visit to Heights Massage (my first visit ever), the management contacted me to understand my not-so-great experience. The manager listened well, offered no excuses and apologized - that was wonderful in itself. Extra, he offered me a complimentary massage with one of the top therapists, Laura. Having taken that offer, I have to say it was excellent from beginning to end. I will be returning to Heights Massage and honestly recommend it. This is a business that believes in its services and was eager to prove to me what they are really like.
Pros: Cute Bungalow Environment
