Businiess name:  Jerry's Auto Repair

Review content:
In order to assure they have achieved 100% customer satisfaction, Jerry's promises to be honest and to "do only the work necessary". My car went through two types of services: a routine service that makes sure my care is in top roadworthy condition and a diagnostic check to find the problem with my air conditioning system and heater. Although the routine service went smoothly, the diagnostic check was unsuccessful and the mechanics could not identify that a problem existed. The mechanics at Jerry's were not satisfied with the outcome so they continued to search for potential causes of the problem. They found that the air conditioning fluids were low and needed to be refilled. As the mechanics were uncertain that this was the cause of the problem, they did not add that to the bill.
